Executive Terms & Conditions

Executive Engagement Structure

  • Executive is a strategist retainer service with higher-touch planning, execution leadership, and marketing oversight.
  • Scope is confirmed at onboarding and may be adjusted by mutual agreement as priorities change.

Included Support

  • Strategic planning, campaign direction, KPI and funnel review, offer/messaging refinement, and coordination support with contractors.
  • Priority response windows and ongoing strategic involvement during the active billing period.

Boundaries and Exclusions

  • Executive does not include unlimited production output. Significant extra implementation may require a scoped add-on or separate quote.
  • Third-party media spend, software fees, and external contractor costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

Billing and Termination

  • Executive is billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Cancellation requires notice before the next billing cycle.

Client Responsibilities

  • Timely approvals, access provision, and response to strategic recommendations are required for delivery momentum.
  • Delays in client inputs may delay outcomes and do not reduce agreed retainer fees.

Liability and Legal

  • No guarantee of specific revenue outcomes. Marketing performance depends on market conditions, implementation speed, and third-party platforms.
  • These terms are governed by New Zealand law and may be updated from time to time.
