MARKETHER TERMS

By purchasing or enrolling in these MarketHer services, you agree to the terms below.
Scope of Support
- Strategy sessions include guidance, direction, planning, and review. Unless explicitly quoted, ongoing done-for-you implementation is not included.
- Any additional project work, implementation, or custom delivery may be quoted separately before work begins.
Session and Delivery Rules
- Session lengths and session count depend on the service purchased.
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
- Results depend on client implementation and business conditions. No guaranteed revenue or outcome is promised.
Payment, Billing, and Cancellations
- Membership services are billed monthly where applicable. One-off services are charged as single payments.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Membership changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
Communication and Support Windows
- Support windows, channels, and response times vary by service tier and current workload.
- Extended implementation requests may be redirected to a booked session or scoped as paid project work.
Privacy, Confidentiality, and IP
- Client information is handled confidentially and used only for service delivery, account operations, and agreed communications.
- All MarketHer frameworks, templates, resources, and materials remain MarketHer intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability and Legal
- MarketHer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, platform outages, ad account restrictions, or third-party system failures.
- Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest published version applies from publication date.
- These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
